Having started off working for the eThekwini Municipality as an Environmental Officer, Nicci has now been consulting successfully for 12 years and has established a wide network of collaborators and partners.

Khulile specialises in enterprise development skills training, community participation facilitation for Local Economic Development and Integrated Development Planning as well as Social Research. Having started off working as a teacher, she is a dynamic and talented trainer and facilitator who has worked in a wide range of development and natural resource management contexts. Khulile has been instrumental in supporting the establishment of a number of successful natural products SMME’s in rural KwaZulu-Natal. She is now expanding her area of specialisation into social research to assist in local development.
